The Head Heli-Device Backpack is a technical backcountry backpack for heading out into the untracked or long backcountry day hikes during the summer. It is set up to comfortable carry your snowboard and technical equipment. It has board carrying straps to carry your board vertically. There are inner pockets for Camelbak and other hydration systems plus avalanche equipment. A security puch carries keys and valuables so they are kept separate and will not fall out. Shovels and poles or ice-picks are carried in their own set of straps. For comfort, the shoulder straps are ergonomically padded; the back is fully adjustable and padded as well as having a mesh lined air channeling system. The compression straps are also padded. The waist belt is adjustable and has two zippered pockets.
